A few notes:
I have not measured this venue so don't count on this drawing for measurements or soft-goods placement.
There are ~23 instruments that are not used in this plot making them available for use as needed in your show. There is not a company switch in this facility but there are over 200 dimmers available (not counting houselight circuits). The console is a EDI Bijou 24-48, but you can use any DMX console by connecting it in the booth, or backstage right. There is booth at the back of the balcony for follow spots.
The Balcony booms are a little difficult focus. Standard 8' and 10' ladders have been tried but they were too short and their bases were too wide to fit on the steps below the booms. The next thing to try would be an extension ladder that can extend to 12'-14'.
People planning to use movers should be made aware that the flat areas in front of the box booms is sloped. Those surfaces look like prime locations for movers, but it isn't that easy. Small platforms could be built to allow movers to be used at these locations, or movers could be placed on small tables in the rooms behind the box booms, but their range of movement would be somewhat limited.
There is a large Soundcraft audio console that can operated from the booth at the back of the mezzanine or on the floor at the back of the orchestra. There is also a huge orchestra pit with wheelchair access and a net over the top (It has been tested and it works :-)
